We would like to inform you that the system has been restored, and the service is fully recovered.

Event description: Service outage impacting international SMS delivery.

Impacted Services: A subset of SMS international traffics.

Start time: 2026-04-09 01:35 UTC

End time: 2026-04-09 03:10 UTC

A fix has been implemented by our downstream provider, and all previously impacted services have now been fully restored.

We are continuing to investigate the cause of this incident, including further analysis in collaboration with our vendors, to ensure appropriate preventative measures are in place.
